Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has expressed his condolences to Ondo State Governor, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, on the demise of the Secretary to Ondo State Government, Mr Tayo Oluwatuyi. Makinde, in a statement on Saturday, described the death of Mr Oluwatuyi as painful and shocking.
