A devastating fire outbreak was averted this morning Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Oja-Asamu Market in Kosobo Area, Oyo East Local Government, thanks to the swift response of the Oyo State Fire Services Agency. According to eyewitnesses, the fire started at the market around 5:00 am, with several shops engulfed in flames.
