Residents and community stakeholders in Lalupon, Ejioku and Offa-Igbo communities of Lagelu Local Government Area have expressed support for Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT, the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, during his ward tour across the area last Sunday, November 1, 2026.

The tour, which covered Wards 7, 8, 9, 4 and 10, formed part of ADLAT’s grassroots engagements ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The APM candidate visited the communities to interact with residents, party members, community leaders and other stakeholders, taking his political consultations directly to the people at the grassroots.

At the different stops, the visit provided an opportunity for residents to receive the candidate, engage with him and demonstrate their interest in his ambition to represent the constituency at the House of Representatives.

The tour through Lalupon, Ejioku and Offa-Igbo further highlighted the importance of grassroots participation in the political process, particularly as political activities ahead of the 2027 elections continue to gather momentum.

Engr. ADLAT also expressed his appreciation to the ward leaders and other community stakeholders for their time, support and warm reception throughout the tour.

He equally acknowledged the efforts of the APM Party Chairman in Lagelu, the party organs and members of the LGA executive committee for their cooperation and commitment towards the successful conduct of the exercise.

Special appreciation was also extended to the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government for the support and encouragement received during the engagement.

For ADLAT, the ward tour was more than a political outing. It was an opportunity to connect with the people, strengthen existing relationships and build new ones across communities that make up the Lagelu axis of the federal constituency.

The show of support and solidarity from residents and party stakeholders during the visits added to the growing political conversations surrounding the 2027 House of Representatives race.

The engagement also reflects the APM candidate’s approach of reaching out to different communities, listening to stakeholders and building a campaign that recognises the importance of every ward in the constituency.

With the successful completion of the Lagelu ward tour, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT continues his grassroots engagements as he seeks the mandate to represent Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency.

His message remains Engineering Towards Progress, with a campaign focused on taking his ambition and message directly to the people.
