The commissioning exercise, which will take place at the different project locations across the constituency, will feature the formal unveiling of six motorized boreholes, a newly constructed bridge and a community gate, as part of the lawmaker’s efforts to address critical infrastructure needs and improve the quality of life of constituents.

The motorized boreholes are located across Ile Eja Agbowo, Ward 12; Idi Seke, Bodija, Ward 12; Police Barracks, Sango, Ward 11; Leventis Area, Ward 7; Okoro Community, Ward 8; and Ago Tapa, Mokola, Ward 9, providing residents with improved access to potable water.

In Oke Itunnu Community, Ward 7, Hon. Babajide will equally commission a community gate project, adding to the infrastructure delivered under his constituency intervention programme.

The projects, distributed across multiple wards, reflect a deliberate effort to ensure that constituency development reaches communities with identified needs, while providing practical solutions to everyday challenges confronting residents.
The commissioning ceremony is expected to attract community leaders, residents, political stakeholders and other invited guests, with beneficiaries expected to formally take ownership of the projects.
For Hon. Babajide, the interventions represent a commitment to translating legislative representation into visible grassroots development, with emphasis on projects that directly impact the daily lives of constituents.
The commissioning of the projects tomorrow across their respective locations is expected to further strengthen the relationship between the lawmaker and constituents while highlighting ongoing efforts to promote inclusive development across Ibadan North Constituency II.
