The Oyo State Agency for Youth Development has announced Tuesday, April 28, 2026, as the final deadline for submissions into the 3rd Youth Parliament Assembly, urging interested participants to complete and submit their entries before the cut-off time.

In a public notice issued by the Head of the Media Unit to Chairman Opeyemi Rasheed Socrates, the agency’s Chairman, Falana, emphasized that no late submissions would be accepted, stressing the importance of timely compliance for all applicants seeking to participate in the youth-focused legislative initiative.

It would be recalled that applicants were advised to fill out the form online and submit a hard copy to the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development office with other necessary documents required for processing.

The 3rd Youth Parliament Assembly is designed to provide a platform for young people across Oyo State to engage in governance processes, develop leadership capacity, and contribute meaningfully to policy discussions affecting the state.

Falana also reiterated Governor Makinde’s commitment to youth inclusion and empowerment, noting that the initiative aligns with broader efforts to nurture future leaders and strengthen democratic participation among young citizens.

Prospective participants have therefore been advised to treat the deadline with urgency, as the submission window closes on Tuesday.
