In a resounding show of unity and confidence, the Supervisory Councillors of Ido Local Government Area have unanimously endorsed Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo as the candidate for Federal Representative of the Ido/Ibarapa Federal Constituency.
The endorsement, announced during a stakeholders’ meeting at the Ido Local Government Secretariat, shows supervisory councillors’ firm belief in Hon. Adeojo’s extensive political experience, unwavering commitment to grassroots development, and deep-rooted connection with the people.
“Hon. Adeojo is well-known to our constituents, with a proven track record of delivering tangible results at the local level,” stated the group in a joint declaration. “His antecedents in politics demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for uplifting Ido and Ibarapa communities.”
The Councillors praised Hon. Sheriff Adeojo’s hands on approach to community projects, including infrastructure improvements, youth empowerment, and economic initiatives that have directly benefited residents. They emphasized his status as a “tested grassroots leader” rather than a newcomer, positioning him as the ideal representative to champion federal resources for the constituency’s growth.
