Oyo East: Ex-PDP Party Chairman Sakiru Ojo, Reaffirms Loyalty to Party, Backs Makinde and Sunmonu’s Leadership

At the general meeting of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) in Oyo East Local Government held at Jabata Primary School, Oyo, this week Monday. The immediate Past Chairman of People’s Democratic Party, Hon Sakiru Ojo has reaffirm his unwavering commitment to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as his party and the interest of the Party is paramount to him.

He made the clarification at the general meeting on Monday amidst the defection on some members of Party to the ADC. Hon Sakiru Ojo emphasized that, he believes so much in the Leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, Senator Monsurat Sunmonu and State Organs of the Party led by Hon Dayo Ogungbenro.

He enjoined all his political friends, associates, former Exco Members and followers to remain firm with the Structure of the Party in all the wards of the Local Government.

In the same vein, he charged every members of the party and his followers to continue to support the administration of the Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, Hon Oluokun Sola Peter to succeed in Office. Because his administration has recorded lots of achievements and many opportunities are still coming for the members and for the overall development of our dear Local Government.
