The Oyo Federal Constituency chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Youth Liberation Team has congratulated the newly appointed Secretary to the Oyo State Government, Prof. Musibau Babatunde, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the youth group described the celebrant as a distinguished scholar, seasoned administrator, and a bridge-builder whose leadership continues to inspire confidence among party faithful and the younger generation.
The group commended Prof. Babatunde’s unwavering commitment to progressive governance, party loyalty, and youth empowerment, noting that his contributions have had a profoundly positive impact on political engagement within Oyo Federal Constituency and beyond.
