The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm birthday felicitations to his Vice Chairman and political head of Aare Latosa LCDA, Hon. Akeem Ayoade, as well as a dedicated member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olaniyan Titilope Alphonso, describing both celebrants as valuable contributors to governance and party development.
