The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday congratulations to His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, as the Governor clocks 58 years, describing him as a rare gift to Oyo State and a leader whose life exemplifies service, discipline, and purposeful governance.
Hon.
