The Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar has emphasized that the dynamic nature of current security environment driven by non-state actors, criminal networks, and internal saboteurs requires a shift toward intelligence-led operations and proactive responses.

This was at the graduation of officers of the Regimental Intelligence and Security Officers Course 4/2025 at Nigerian Airforce School of Air Intelligence in Makurdi, Benue state.

A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that Air Marshal Abubakar describes the successful completion of the course as a major milestone in the NAF’s human capacity development efforts. He also Commends President Bola Tinubu for his continued Support to the NAF.

Air Marshal Abubakar reaffirmed the Service’s commitment to enhancing its operational capacity in line with its constitutional responsibilities, describing the graduation as a strategic step toward strengthening NAF’s intelligence posture in an increasingly complex security landscape.
