The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr ‘Seyi Makinde has just approved the appointment of a record 45 Permanent Secretaries and 3 Executive Secretaries.
According to Western mirror news, the announcement was signed by the Head of Service Mrs Olubunmi Oni MNI and released by the Commissioner for Information and Orientation Prince Dotun Oyelade.
