A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Barr. Akeem Agbaje, has congratulated Nigerians and the people of Oyo State on the turn of the New Year, 2025.
Agbaje, in his New Year greeting and message issued by his Media Office, enjoined Nigerians to approach the new year with firm belief in God and hope for a better country.
“I congratulate everyone on the occasion of the New Year, 2025. Indeed, it is a great privilege to witness the turn of the New Year.
“As a people, we must approach the year 2025 with gusto, renewed vigour and hope for a better country.
“In our bid to build a virile nation we all desire and will be proud of, we must stay committed to things that will foster peace and unity amongst us all,” he said.
Agbaje also called on Nigerians to rededicate themselves to actions that are pivotal to nation building.
“As a people, we must approach the New Year with hope for a better nation,” he said.
According to the APC chieftain, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed his commitment to delivering on his renewed hope agenda through strategic policies that would rejuvenate the economy and put the country on the path of prosperity.
“We must continue to hold on to hope and not despair,” Agbaje said.
