A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Barr Akeem Agbaje, has extended warm greetings to the people of Oyo State and Nigerians as they celebrate Christmas, urging them to continue to trust God for a more prosperous and peaceful nation.

In a statement released by his media office, Barr Agbaje, stressed the importance of unity, love, and faith as core values that bind Nigerians together, regardless of religious differences.

“Christmas is a season of love, peace, and hope. It offers us the opportunity to reflect on the values of humility, compassion, and sacrifice as exemplified by Jesus Christ. These values should guide us as we continue to work towards building a better and more united nation.”

Agbaje called on Nigerians to use the occasion to pray for the progress and stability of the country, stressing that the challenges facing the nation require collective faith and effort to overcome.

“I urge all Nigerians to keep their faith in God and remain hopeful for a brighter and more prosperous future. Let us also continue to work together to foster peace and unity in our communities,” he added.

He further appealed to residents of Oyo State to embrace the spirit of the season by extending love and kindness to one another, particularly to the less privileged in society.

“As we celebrate, let us not forget those in need. This is a time to show generosity and care for others, ensuring that everyone feels the warmth and joy of the season.”

Barr Agbaje prayed for safe celebrations across the state and country while reaffirming his commitment to contributing to the growth and development of Oyo State.
