Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency 2 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has hailed Baba Ismaila Ashipa, a prominent chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North Local Government and Oyo State, as he celebrates his 70th birthday today.
