The Irewole Community also known as the Irewole Estate Landlord Association, Ibadan, has conferred an Award of Excellence on the Leader of the House, Ido Local Government Legislative arms, Hon. Adedeji Adebowale, in recognition of his outstanding leadership, community service, and contributions to grassroots development.
While presenting the award today in an epoch-making event, a well-attended community event in Ido Local Government Area, where community leaders, stakeholders, youth representatives, and residents gathered to celebrate individuals making meaningful impacts in governance and community advancement.
Presenting the award, leaders of the Irewole Community described Hon. Adedeji Adebowale as a committed public servant whose legislative role and people-oriented initiatives have positively influenced the lives of constituents.
They commended his accessibility, responsiveness to community needs, and dedication to promoting unity and development at the local government level.
He however stated that the leader of the House’s impact on the Irewole Estate community development remains top-notch resulting in his award of excellence received today.
In his remarks, Hon. Adebowale expressed gratitude to the Irewole Community for the honour, describing the award as a motivation to do more in serving the people.
He applauded the good governance of His Excellency Engr ‘Seyi Makinde which is a reflection of the administration of his mentor and leader, the Executive Chairman of Ido local government, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo in transforming the local economy beyond reasonable doubts.
He reaffirmed his commitment to effective representation, inclusive governance, and policies that will foster sustainable development across Ido Local Government.
Adebowale further dedicated the award to excellence to the executive Chairman of Ido local government, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, and all the political functionaries.
The House Leader also called for continued collaboration between elected officials and community stakeholders, noting that meaningful development can only be achieved through collective efforts.
The event concluded with goodwill messages from community elders and youth leaders, who pledged continued support for the House Leader’s vision for progress and development in Ido Local Government.
