The Oyo State Chairman of Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), Comrade Fatai Adeyemi Legacy, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Chairman of Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, describing him as a Visionary Leader with a brighter future.
