A young, Vibrant, Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party and community leader in Oyo State, Hon. Prince Afolabi Idris Olanrewaju Aloma, of Olufunnu Tella Gbaagi Royal family, Oke-Aafin, Oyo, has extended warm felicitations to the 46th Alaafin-elect, Prince Akeem Abimbola Owoade, on receiving Instruments and Staff of Office today.
In a statement released and made available to Heritage Echo News, Aloma described Oba Owoade’s enthronement as a new dawn for Yoruba customs and a testament to the enduring legacy of the Alaafin dynasty.
He urged His Imperial Majesty to prioritize the unity, peace, and progress of Yoruba land, emphasizing that his reign holds the promise of strengthening cultural values, fostering development, and upholding the rich heritage of Yoruba customs and traditions.
Furthermore, the young, vibrant politician offered fervent prayers for Oba Akeem Owoade’s longevity, sound health, and wisdom to steer the affairs of the kingdom successfully.
He, however, expressed confidence that his reign would bring immense blessings and transformative progress to Oyo and the entire Yoruba race.
