Former Chief of Staff to the Oyo State Government and Senatorial candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the last general election, Chief Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka, has hailed the former Governor of Oyo State and Otun Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Senator, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, as a legend and a shining example of leadership.
