The Oyo Forum of 33 Local Government Chief of Staff has celebrated the council chairmen in the state, marking 100 days of grassroots democratic dividends and development.
In a statement, the Forum’s Chairman, who doubles as the Chief of Staff to Oyo West local government, Hon. Ademuyiwa Adewara praised the chairmen for their dedication to grassroots development and their commitment to the welfare of the people.

According to him; “the past 100 days have witnessed significant strides in grassroots development, and we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our council chairmen”.
The Forum commended the chairmen for their efforts in implementing people-oriented projects, promoting transparency and accountability, and enhancing the livelihoods of the citizens.

“We acknowledge the chairmen’s tireless efforts to deliver democratic dividends to the people, despite the challenges, their dedication to duty is a testament to their commitment to the well-being of our communities.”
The celebration featured performances, highlighting the achievements of the council chairmen and their contributions to grassroots development.
The 100-day celebration is a milestone in the state’s grassroots development journey, and the Forum has pledged to continue working with the council chairmen to ensure sustainable development and improved living standards for the people.
Equally, the Oyo State government, under the leadership of His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde FNSE, has also commended the council chairmen for their efforts, promising to continue supporting grassroots development initiatives.
