Former Deputy Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly has penned a heartfelt farewell to late Chief Mrs. Felicia Aderemi Ilaka, an extraordinary woman of great impact.
In a tribute message made to the newsmen, Rt Hon Tejuoso described the deceased as a pillar of strength and wisdom, a Shining example of kindness, compassion, and generosity. A true trailblazer and icon in public service.
She further reiterated that the deceased was a remarkable woman whose legacy will continue to inspire and motivate the rest of us. Her passing will indeed leave a gaping void in our lives.
The statement reads;
“With a heart full of sorrow, I bid farewell to an extraordinary woman, Chief Mrs. Ilaka, a true matriarch of our community. As a former Deputy Speaker of Lagos State, I had the privilege of witnessing her selfless contributions to our society. Her tireless efforts to uplift and empower those around her has inspired me and countless others”.
Chief Mrs. Ilaka’s legacy is a testament to her kindness and unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. She was a brilliant example of what it means to live a life of service, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her impact on our community is immeasurable, and her passing leaves a void that can never be filled.
