In a heart-warming display of support, the Oyo State Agency for Youths Development Chairman, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has paid the office rent for the Association of Registered Social Youth Clubs (ARSOYOC), Oyo State.
According to the visionary agency chairman, this move aims to provide a safe space for young people to gather, learn, and grow.
In a statement released and made available to newsmen in Ibadan by the Head of the Media Unit, Opeyemi Rasheed Olawale, the chairman’s magnanimous gesture underscores the importance of collaborating with the youth constituency to enhance the association’s ability to serve the community.
Prince Adebowale reiterated that the youth agency is committed to empowering young individuals and covered the rent for the official office to ensure the association’s continued operations.
He mentioned that the Association of Registered Social Youth Clubs (ARSOYOC) spans the five zones of the state, focusing on youth development and community engagement.
With the rent covered, ARSOYOC can now allocate resources to programs and services, providing a suitable environment for youth to access resources and support.
He also highlighted the efforts of His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde’s investment in the youth constituency, bridging gaps, promoting unity, inspiring future leaders, and empowering them to contribute to the state’s economic prosperity.
In his remarks, the ARSOYOC representative lauded the strong commitment of the agency chairman, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, for his unwavering support in making their long-held ambition a reality.
He said, “Just a month and ten days in office, you’ve hit the ground running like you’ve been here for three years. Your support since resumption has been top-notch, a first of its kind to be experienced by the agency for youth chairman.”
“You’ve turned the image of the agency into ‘business unusual.’ You’ve made the impossible possible in unimaginable ways and have been realistic in your dealings.
Our partnership, which resulted in having an official office, shows the importance of collaboration, and we will not let you down,” he assured.
