The upgrade of Ibadan airport to international one is a key component of a comprehensive development strategy, which includes the establishment of an industrial estate in the Rashidi Ladoja GRA, located along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Furthermore, Shell Nigeria Gas has collaborated with Oyo State to develop a gas distribution network, providing natural gas to industries and manufacturers. This network is strategically situated near the Pressure Reduction & Metering Station (PRMS) along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and adjacent to the Rashidi Ladoja GRA. Additionally, the ongoing construction of the 110km circular road is expected to accommodate a mega industrial zone, further solidifying the state’s position as a hub for industrial growth and economic development.”
