The Oyo State Government has announced a major recruitment in the Post-Promary teaching service towards enhancing productive quality education in Pacesetter State.
According to the TESCOM Chairman, Pastor Akinade Alamu, the Oyo State Post-Primary teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), has approved the recruitment of 7,500 teachers, and 3,000 non-teaching staff.
This recruitment is a follow-up to the 2021 exercise that saw the employment of 5,000 teachers in the state.
Interested candidates are advised to apply online as portal will only be open for two weeks.

Earlier in his speech, Pastor Akinade Alamu emphasized that the recruitment process will be based on merit, ensuring that the only best candidate are selected. He lauded His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde for approving mass recruitment exercise and assured the public of a transparent, and credible process inline with the World Bank’s Global Partnership on education (GPE) guidelines.
