Second term inaugural reception of the executive Chairman of Oyo West local government, Ojongbodu, Oyo Hon. Prince Akeem Salam Babatunde Olukitibi was electrified with eminent personalities from all walks of life to witness the moment of praise, unfolded master plan and superlative developmental drive.
Prince Olukitibi in a joyous mood was delighted by the show of patriotism, support, and love promised to build on his first-term legacy of sustainable governance as he broke the second-term jinx in the history of the Model Council.
Speaking at the reception, Prince Olukitibi lauded the residents, party leaders, stakeholders, and faithful party members for making his mission achievable, he assured that his campaign promises of purposeful governance, and dividends of democracy will cut across nooks and crannies of Ojongbodu.
He stressed further that his second term in office as the Executive Chairman of the model council is not primarily meant for fun but to consolidate the efforts of His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde in his ongoing rehabilitation projects in the state specifically to reactivate the good work termed omituntun 2.0 at the grassroots of Oyo West
In the same vein, the Council Boss announced the reappointment of his Chief of Staff, Hon. Ademuyiwa Adewara. Stating that his commitment to his schedules, loyalty, and productive incline vision in his cabinet earned his reappointment.
Equally, he announced Hon. Olaoluwa Jacob Akinloye as Personal Assistant, while assuring that more appointments will be announced later.
