Ecstasy in Oyo West model Council as Hon. Prince Akeem Salam Babatunde Olukitibi secured re-election bid victory in grand style.
Prince Olukitibi, an advocate of Liberation Continues in promoting democratic dividends at the grassroots secured 12,974 votes as declared by the Returning Officer, Dr. Rabiu Oriyomi.
This resounding victory has proved that the PDP is the only viable party in Oyo West based on the council chairman’s effective grassroots administration.
Election observers lauded the conduct of the electorates for their sincerity and unwavering commitment to productive grassroots governance. Stressing that it’s a litmus test for the upcoming elections.
