Member representing Ibadan South East/North East Federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Abass Adigun, popularly known as Agboworin, has celebrated former first female Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and former Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Mosurat Sunmonu on the occasion of her 65th birthday anniversary.
Agboworin, who Chairs the House Committee on Narcotic Drugs, in a statement signed by his Media Group, described Senator Sunmonu as a woman of peace and most dynamic politician who has remained a nightmare for the opposition parties in the state.
He added that the former lawmaker, in her political dealings, has shown a high level of discipline, loyalty, and commitment to the PDP government, thereby making life more meaningful for the people of the state.
Agboworin, however, prayed that God should grant her many more years of good health, abundance of blessings and her heart desires.
The statement read, “Today, I want to wish Senator Monsurat Sunmonu a happy 65th birthday.
“Apart from the fact that she is a woman of capacity, peace and dynamism, Senator Sunmonu has shown a great deal of discipline, loyalty and commitment to the government of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde.
“On this joyous occasion, I want to wish her well in her political endeavours and pray that God grants her many more years of good health, abundance of blessings and her heart desires.
“May the years ahead be filled with even greater accomplishments and fulfillment.”
