As Ramadan commences yesterday, the Distinguished Senator Monsurat Olajumoke Sunmonu felicitates with the Muslim Ummah across the globe on the occasion of Ramadan 1445 A.H
Sunmonu who described the holy month as a month in which God’s mercies are exceptionally abundant and His forgiveness far-reaching wishes the Muslim ummah a very rewarding fasting season.
She further urged all Muslims to seek Allah’s forgiveness and His unqualified mercies at the time Nigerians are facing unprecedented harsh economic challenges and imbibe the spirit of togetherness and sharing during the holy month, continue to pray for our dear state and Nigeria, for God’s intervention against all the challenges that confront our nation and our world.
May Allah (SWT) use this golden opportunity of the blessed month of Ramadan to bring sanity to our land and ease all our affairs. She prayed.
