Hundreds of people have benefitted from a two-day Free Medical outreach organized by the Senatorial Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Oyo South Senatorial District, Mogaji Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe in partnership with an NGO, AOD Foundation.

The medical outreach, which began on Wednesday 8th February will continue on Thursday opposite St. Cyprian’s Catholic Church, Parde Junction, Oke-Offa area of Ibadan.

The Executive Director of the foundation, Mr. Femi Adeleke, said that the medical outreach involves the testing, medications and follow-up treatment, including paid hospital referrals for some
diseases which include malaria, typhoid, blood sugar, blood pressure, arthritis, skin issues, hepatitis, HIV, eye tests as well as dental examination and care.

The founder of AOD Foundation, Dr. Aderonke Dairo, mentioned that the Foundation had consistently organized Free Medical Outreaches for five years running, as her own contribution and service to humanity, to provide the basic health care to people in the grassroots.

Speaking further, the Mogaji of Ile nla’s compound, Oloye Olajuwon Subair noted that the medical outreach was a
demonstration of Tegbe’s avowed commitment to the welfare of the people of Oyo South senatorial district and the entire state. He added that Tegbe is a man well-loved by his people because of his commitment to their welfare and wellbeing. He urged the people of the senatorial district to reciprocate the
gesture by voting en masse for Tegbe at the forthcoming general elections to deliver more dividends of democracy.
